Ingredients:- Long beans– 1 bundle (about 50 grams)- cut into small pieces Tomatoes – 4 pieces (cut into halves) Rice – 2 cups Water – 4 cups Garlic – 5 cloves (chopped) (divide into two parts) Pepper – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce – 2 teaspoons Cooking oil – 1 to 2 spoons Egg – 1 pc Method:- In a wok, heat 1 spoon cooking oil, add in garlic, stir for awhile. Add in the rice and stir-fry until fragrant about a minute or longer. Place the rice in a cooking pot. Add in the water, cut tomatoes, pepper and salt. Cook the rice. In a wok, heat up 1 spoon cooking oil, add garlic and stir for awhile. Add in the cut long beans and stir fry for a minute. When the rice is almost cooked, add in the egg, fried long bean and mix well. Continue to cook until done. Use a spoon to stir the rice and mix well. Serve. |
