Bitter Gourd

Bitter Gourd
Bitter Gourd (bitter melon) (Stir - fry)

Ingredients:-

Bitter gourd - 1 medium size , strip away the center part including the seeds. Cut thinly.

Capsicum (green or yellow) - Cut into thin slices

Big Onion - 1 pc (sliced)

Garlic - 5 cloves (chopped)

Button mushroom - 100 grams (cut into halves)

Fish Ball - 100 grams (cut into halves)

Curry powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Soya Soy - 1 spoon

Egg – 1 pc

Cooking oil – 2 spoons

Water - 2 cups

1.   Heat a wok with the cooking oil on medium heat

2.   Add in the big onion, stir for a minute.

3.   Add in the chopped garlic, ginger,  stir for awhile.

4.   Add fish balls, mushroom and stir fry for awhile.

5.  Add in the bitter gourd, capsicum and stir for about a minute


5.   Add in the water, soya sauce,  curry powder, salt and simmer until cooked.

6.   Lastly add in the egg and stir for awhile.

Cooking tips:- change fish balls to chicken meat if you like.
