Chinese Kale

Chinese Kale with cabbage, carrot, eggs

Ingredients:-

Chinese kale – 1 portion (cut)

Cabbage – 2 portions(cut)

Carrot – 1 (cut into thin slices)

Garlic – 4 cloves (Chopped)

Pepper – ½ teaspoon

Soy sauce – ½ spoons

Salt – ½ teaspoon or to taste.

Eggs – 2

Cooking oil - 2 spoons

Water – 2 cups

Method:

Heat up wok, spread 1 spoon cooking oil. Fry the eggs on medium heat. 

Move the eggs to one side.

Fill the wok with 1 spoon cooking oil to stir fry the garlic until fragrant.

Add in the carrot and fry for a while follow by the cabbage and kale.

Sprinkle with some water and continue to stir fry for a minute.

Add in 2 cups water, and pepper, soy sauce and salt.

Mix well and simmer for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
