BUTTER Cookies

Ingredients: Butter - 250 gm (cut into small cubes for easy to beat) Margarine - 75 gm Icing Sugar - 150 -------------------- Egg white - 1 pc Plain Flour (sifted) - 350 gm Method: Use electric mixer. Cream (beat) the butter, margarine and Icing sugar(powdered sugar). Add in the egg white.(continue to cream ) Add in the flour slowly. Put the mixture into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe into a greased baking tray. (Any shape or design you like) Bake in a preheat oven until cook.Use top heat. Temperature about 160 to 170 degrees centigrade. If you never bake a cookie, make a trial baking with one piece cookie.
