Chinese Long Beans

Chinese Long Beans  (Stir - fry)

Chinese Long Beans (stir-fry)

Long Beans – one bundle (break to finger length)

Big Onion – 1 pc (cut into slices)

Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves

Salt – ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon (3 grams - 5 grams) or to taste.

Curry powder - 1 teaspoon

Cooking oil – 2 to 3 spoons

Water – 2 cups

Method:-

1.   Heat a wok with the cooking oil on medium heat

2.   Add in the big onion, stir for a minute.

3.   Add in the chopped garlic, stir for awhile.

4.   Add in the long beans, stir for about a minute

5.   Add in the water, curry powder salt and simmer until the beans are soft.

How To Cook Rice:-

White Rice - 1 cup

Tumeric Powder - ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon

Water - 2 cups

Put all the above ingredients in a rice cooker to cook.
